PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY
Coziron Resources Limited (CZR) is a mineral exploration company focusing on
exploration and development of iron-ore projects. Its flagship project is the
Yarraloola Iron-Ore Project.

YARRALOOLA IRON-ORE PROJECT: Tenements are located along the North West Coastal
Highway, 120km southwest of Karratha and the Port of Dampier. The main economic
rock units for BIF iron ore in the Hamersley region are the Brockman and Marra
Mamba formations. Early stage exploration has mapped abundant outcrop with iron
levels greater than 50% in similar stratigraphy to major operating mines.

BUDDADOO METALS: The Company has entered into agreements to acquire 100% of
Buddadoo Metals which has 100% ownership of Exploration licence E59/1350,
located 425km north of Perth, 180kms east of Geraldton and 70kms from existing
railway at either Morawa or Pindar Exploration will target a massive
titanomagnetite deposit hosted by the Buddadoo Igneous Complex which is approx.
8.6km long and 2.4km wide. Assays have returned results up to 54% Fe, with best
drill intersection of 108m @ 32.9% Fe and 12.1% TiO2. A base-metal prospect on
the tenement also reported malachite-bearing rock-chips up to 20% Cu and a
drill-intercept of 3.15m @ 3.8% Cu and 3.4% Zn.

KING X PROJECT: Coziron has also entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of
KingX, holder of the Kingsland Project. The Kingsland Project consists of 12
contiguous pending tenements in the southern Earaheedy Basin on the eastern
margin of the Yilgarn craton, 120km northeast of Wiluna. The holding is
prospective for sedimentary manganese and iron ore deposits. Mapping has
identified manganese in several stratigraphic levels within the basin over 120km
of strike. Rock-chip samples report grades up to 45.5% manganese.
