This is one aspect where I mostly agree with you Motors. He is clearly ecstatic that he has secured his salary for another two years. So far after 15 years he is the one and only long termer who has benefitted from being part of ANP. Every other very long term shareholder has lost about 90%. This stock was regularly trading at 15 cents pre consolidation. We are now 0.7 cents. These are just the facts and I won't attempt to explain them.

After a consolidation it is normal for the sp to try and revert to the pre-consolidation mean. In the U.S. a reverse split is an automatic short due to this price characteristic following a RS.
