Remember Gennadi (XEC capital)/Moses & Mark Diamond are all part of the same original scheme. Under Diamond & Moses the PER share price fell for $2 to 2 cents.. Not one mention of Mark Diamond in Gennadi's e:mail yesterday!!!. (PER share price like many other speccies had a pump and dump during COVID) . Diamond/Moses were so opaque as to be non-existent, we got a cut and paste every now and then, which was as clear as mud. To say Diamond/Moses is superior in communication & transparency as Garner/Gittleson is beyond reality, those are the Diamond days XEC capital probably wants to return PER to ?

If I see Gennadi buy stock on market towards cash backing, I may start to believe this is more than a raid on PERs' $17 million cash , until then the decision is very easy
