I don't own any Auric but I am tempted to buy, given the excellent results posted on this forum. I do have one reservation and I hope some of the people here can help allay my fears.
About CEO Mark Auric. Is he the same fellow who was being sued by multiple plaintiffs in the link below? I am not suggesting any wrongdoing by Mr English. Perhaps its someone else with the same name?

Honest accounting means a great deal to me. Having been hurt before with other listed companies, I always do due diligence on directors and I am hoping, in this instance, there are two different people whose only relationship is to share the same name.
