Mark F presentation 2nd June on Webex event

As promised, my notes on what I heard from Mark F in today's presentation.

Please note I only took notes on what was "new" information, what was not outlined on the slides, and what seemed to be impactful.

In dot point form, here are my notes in chronological order:

• MF spoke to historically few Capital Raisings
• They are "on the cusp" of new growth phase with Seniors watch and the next Spacetalk model
• Discussions continue with Telcos in US, UK and Asia
• SaaS is currently tracking at $1.5m per annum.
• MWR are the market leader in kids watches outside of China
• Seniors watch will be launched late this month (June)
• The upcoming news is "the largest in the companies history" and is to be announced "imminently"
• Telcos and Retailers like Spacetalk as it does not undercut any previous market
• Telcos like Spacetalk as it is low cost acquisition of new customers before they get to mobile phone age
• A new growth phase will occur after the trading halt
