Probably agree with this. Also the market cap and Adelaide location probably limits on the capability you can buy or bring in for the time being. I was happy with the recent appointments though. This was a good start. Also looking for some on market director purchases soon - hint hint
The flip side is, and I’m sure you’ve seen it in other companies, but when you have an excellent CEO then it makes a huge difference to outcomes, confidence and ultimately the SP
