Absolutely. When you have true instos on board they will not be silent. They will ask lots of questions and offer plenty of suggestions. Mark will get grilled. If you thought I had a view on management their’s will be 100x that and if they don’t have the confidence in Mark and the leadership they will just avoid the company. That is what I worry about because with the forthcoming announcements this will get on the radar of small cap funds and without a fund on board we won’t go to that next level. It’s very very difficult to be a +$100m market cap company from retail shareholders alone!
Totally agree on governance. Shareholders got very lucky with options. Also, when a CEO gets margin called it’s a terrible look and shows he has poor personal risk management practices. That last $10k sale came at such a bad time for shareholders in addition to himself.
