Is your problem with the company or with the ASX? I can't tell..
The company is not allowing their stock to be traded on market until all holders can be informed precisely about the significant contract and the capital raising that are currently being finalised and inked.
On the face of it, these actions are exactly as I would expect of a listed company practicing continuous disclosure.
