Seriously, when Greg asked the question, how could MF possibly confirm categorically that the MOU2 would be signed by 28th Feb without breaking the rules of the ASX???
He said he was very happy that the objectives laid out during last year's presentation would be met...
Or course think what you will but I interpreted that to include the dates specified for each objective
