IF Mark is proven guilty of a corporate crime, lets hope he gets the same punishment as HIH directors got and thats jail time and retribution to the company.
All other directors who where at the company when mark was in charge, should step down, or be sacked, as they where not working in the best interests of shareholders by preventing any alleged crime (sleeping at the wheel).
There is a special section in the corporations Act, whereby minority shareholders can get management sacked. Think its called Fraud on the minority. Remember studying it at univ a while back, however i am no lawyer. A special meeting needs to be called from memory. Any thoughts from people.
