Looking at last years annual report directors / management fees are circa $14,500 a week so based on the spend in the quarter they are living credit or full salaries are not being paid in the hope they will be able to make another placement for "Working" capital.
The $3k staff costs are probably for someone to answer the phone a few hours a week.
