Mcgowan has had months to get his sh*t together. Inept over reaction as safe guards (No pun intended) should have been in place prior to this ONE case. No new cases and no close contacts positive! Police or armed forces should be monitoring quarantine. Any security guard that is involved in quarantine can only have the one job. Gov subsidise them. Lot cheaper than shutting down Metro area?
