But, the lack of daily testing , and underpaying of quarantine staff, certainly a black mark.
If there had not been these failings, then there might have been the possibility of avoiding the 5 day lockdown.
As it is, unfortunately, the lockdown is the right way to go.
And despite this stuff up, he remains the most suitable person to head the government.
Would be nice to hear a ''mea culpa '' from him over this, but it seems that is not the way of Australian politicians.

To lock down every time we have ONE case is joke. this means that each state or city will be in and out of lockdown until there is 100% effective vaccine. (Which will never happen) We have to live with this not carry on like its the plague. Better quarantine management, better contract tracing. This has been with us for a year now! Only have to look at Dumbo Dans fiasco to see the shortfalls.
