McGowan differs from say NSW in that his govt will keep up the fight to stop or slow down the Omicron spread rather than directly cause it to happen. Those that opted to just let it rip, obviously decided that they would accept people becoming ill en-masse and some dying as is happening in NSW. McGowan will at least fight to try and minimise bad outcomes. If Omicron wins the battle, at least the WA Premier was not the one to deliberately open the gates so it could spread in a way that causes maximum damage. By delaying/slowing the spread more people can get triple vaxxed and less pressure on the WA hospital system. Mark McGowan the best Australian Premier who kept WA safe and business open for two years and now dealing sensibly with the highly contagious Omicron.

Mate, I did what he asked and received my booster in preparation for Feb. 5. The AMA now says to reach 80-90% will take until May-June, meaning the booster will wane, and we will be entering winter. He can take his law degree and get on the next Navy ship back to NSW.
