McGowan is just playing the polls and most Perth people want to stay shut up for good to protect them from the flu. Seriously I and many others in NSW have had COVID and it's not much worse than the flu (in fact it's pretty mild). Worst thing for me was a bad sore throat (at least that was until I secured a bottle of Difflam throat spray). I had a sore throat and high temperature so I went to Royal Prince Alfred hospital, spent 6 hours waiting for a doctor after receiving a positive RAT test and the doctor saw me for 5 minutes to tell me I had the symptoms of COVID and to go back home (complete waste of time going to the hospital).
