(1) Market the hell out of vaccines
(2) Botch the roll out
(3) Plan ordering enough vaccine

(1) Market the hell out of RAT tests
(2) Botch the supply and roll out
(3) Plan ordering enough RATs

(1) Market the hell out of "opening up"
(2) Trash the health system and economy as the spread is too fast to handle
