    Indeed you cover many broad topics but the particular one of grains is interesting. From the acceptable amount of rat and mice poo in the product, to the chemicals used to help separate wheat that are still present in "acceptable" amounts. Everyone wonders why "gluten intolerance" is skyrocketing when it has little to do with the gluten and more to do with the chemicals and other non wheat products in it.

    If one looks to that mouse plague in 2021 for instance and how they were everywhere. They were everywhere before in the same grain silos, in the flour mills too, just not AS over populated, they will always be present in mass produced food because one farmer cannot inspect a thousand tonnes of wheat he has harvested. Which is why "acceptable" amounts of disgusting and negative things are allowed in food they ship off as safe to consume.

    Everyone should grow their own food and I think the smartest of us already do.
