Well yes Bacci. You probably also agree with me that McGowan does have a lot more to do
to get our health system up to scratch. If he wants to remain on the pedestal West
Australians have given him he needs to up the ante on our hospitals this term.
I understand that will be the case with big money being allocated in the budget but the
proof will be in actual delivery.
