    i fell asleep half way through the dribble...was he saying something about giving away free californian acerage?

    maybe we could look at a lottery process where external companies could go in the draw for 30,000 acres in california for $5 a ticket. if 100 companies sign up qpn could realise $500 for the 30,000 acres. better than the current deals being done!!!
