mark pallister asic charges dropped

just had confirmed what was pretty well known since Friday.

ALL charges against Mark Pallister brought by ASIC have been dropped.

ASIC withdrew the charges late Friday afternoon (Perth Time)

After such a long time its a great result although the damage caused by ASIC in this matter is incalcuable.

The main issue now is, i hope Mark is reappointed to the Board immediately and resumes his role as Managing Director of QTK.
