just on this point,it would not surprise me for him NOT to seek reappointment to the board.
and to be honest i think he can do equally as good a job on the Board or employed by QTK in any capacity.
As its largest shareholder he has the right to take a seat on the board and i guess what he does is now up to him now this matter has been resolved.
I am troubled ASIC can bring such an action against anyone and drop charges as they have done at the final hurdle.
The trial in regards to this matter was to begin today in Perth.
One piece of rubbish out of the way.
