Absolutely it was expected - after his dismal performance in the position over a generation, Scott didn't have a snowflakes chance in hell in being reappointed.
They need to put someone sensible in charge of the joint to give it a well deserved shakeup - eg Bolt - he'd wake a few of those sleepie lefties up as he moved them on. They could practice their socialist bleating on the street rather than being paid from a nice ALBC office. Its a pity no-one would listen to or pay for their leftie claptrap (which is why its currently publically funded - its utterly unviable material otherwise).
