I take much confidence and enjoyment from MT's knowledgeable, quiet achiever approach yet I note it's also wrapped with a ribbon of fierceness. All the characteristics i'm looking for in a company leader as this no doubt flows into the company its self. Glad to be a holder that averaged down and is now well into the green. So many current solid and growth potential aspects to this company. Thx for posting.
