Short sell happening in GXY is 1/4 or at most 1/3 of total shares traded at any given day still they are able to resist the SP going up. In fact they have been successful in bringing SP down more than 30% in last 4 months even after Galaxy announced selling piece of SDV tenement to POSCO at $280 million!!!
