re: afternoon selloff over fed, I'm using esignal atm and it really is very good. Better than Bourse by far, and Bourse was the best i had come across previously. esignal doesn't seem to have xjo - maybe I'll find it yet - but has all aussie stocks and any international exchange you care to pay for.

I'm still more bullish than bearish by sentiment, tho agree with the notion of trading with the trend (or recent direction might be a better word, to avoid debate). Contrarians can make a stash of money tho, and it requires more risk tolerance and patience but appeals to me. As a closet contrarian, this afternoons fall is the ideal setup for a rally on cpi and fed news tonight... but really I think the news is going to be bad. In some things NZ is the canary in the mine ...
