How true... but I think Jonah will want to have something finalised by way of a jv before his presentation. It may not be KNOC, there may be competing bidders, or political risks may be holding up the deal.

Either way, we don't know what is going on behind the scenes. If there is no news for another 3-4 weeks I think there is a possibility of touching 2.5c. If there is a jv all bets are off because the daytraders will probably come in and pump it up. There would also be new investors who were waiting for a formal jv before jumping in.
