I was outlining my view on value of CVN. I agree that no ones knows what Mr Market will do (it is just my guess). Hopefully I am on the low side.
I am optimistic that PS3 will be successful. If PS3 and Dorado are unsuccessful and assuming there are no updates/change in status of Buffalo and other prospects we are looking at a share price of 5 cents.
That is the risk and reward of O&G companies.

My gut tells me that PS3 will be successful and I am hopeful on Dorado.
Even if PS3 is successful (and Dorado is unsuccessful) I cannot imagine that the share price is lower than it is now considering that even before PS3, PS/ROC are just economic.

Conversely if PS3 is unsuccessful and the Dorado Caley reservoir is successful the share price will be north of 20 cents.

So unless your view is that both PS3 and Dorado will both be unsuccessful, investing in CVN is a good risk reward investment
