devander clearly you don't pay attention to the macro issues affecting the industry as a whole. your attention seems to be focused solely on PEN hence why you don't understand the sp volatility.
Germany is shutting down their reactors until June when they expect the safety review to be completed.
to me this will have an impact on the industry as a whole and PEN will be affected accordingly.
