no what i'm saying is fukushima has clearly had an impact on the uranium industry and other countries are taking precautionary steps.
i'm aware the reactors in germany are pre-1980 and also aware that fukushima reactors are 40 years old and were due to be decommissioned this year.
it's about understanding the impact this has on the industry rather than sticking my head in the sand and wondering why the PEN sp is getting hammered.
