My take is that PEN was being pushed back up by a large holder so they can offload all their stock at a higher price.

That being said, the volume is so high I dont know if this is true or if theyve just managed to sucker in other people into buying.

I wouldnt be going near PEN until the volume settles down. Otherwise who knows where its going to end up.
