Yes msa.

But there was plenty of movement at the station way back when. Now things have gone horribly quite.

And at the time, the T/O offer bid was so low that it was bound not to succeed.
Besides, what we have to consider at the same time though, is that STO wasn't allowed to continue with any more moves by our Regulators.

So, while the Regulator put a stop on the possibility of STO's success, what you wrote does not support your comments/ideas.
