I thought that this move was done intentionally in order to keep the sp up and the predators at bay. And, "that it was a master stroke by our DC", lol.

I don't think that many investors likes the idea of waiting for many years before they start seeing results on their invested money/funds.
Too many opportunity losses (Whooppsss, that does not exist I was told), that are slipping by while our Management will continue to get paid and more and award themselves more and more bonus shares.
