Assuming all the notes convert to shares, NMG’s 1,432,534,410 shares on issue at 8.6c would amount to a market cap of $123m.

This is NMG with no debt and a finished fully operational plant.

I have no doubt NMG will need more funding to access ore from the main pit, but hoping this can be achieved via debt or cash flow.

NMG could potentially have a cash flow of $50m pa in 6-12 months assuming a total cost per ounce of $1,200 and only 100,000 ounces pa - this is a PE of 2.5.

So tempting to put more in at 8.6c but I have done this so many times now I’m not game.
