For sure there are always 2 sides to every story but all I care about is what the result will be. BDT have already been denied a Writ of Attachment with some with language indicating they have not established a case at all, as per these screenshots.
I'm no lawyer but if they haven't been able to establish a case so far how can we expect they will from here????
