    Lawyers win. Shareholders lose. There is likely truth to both sides of the story, Bolin is trying to take over IP and brand and Birddog was looking for a way out of buying product when it had too much stock. Best outcome would be a quick settlement but with lawyers and courts involved that likely won't happen soon.
