    It gets worse. I found the USA lawsuit online and for a small fee you can download the docs. In one of them it mentions the counter claim is for $8m, assume this is $8m USD making it ~$12.5m AUD for breach of contract by BirdDog.

    HOW IS THAT NOT DISCLOSABLE??????
