It is beyond my comprehension that you get sued for $12.5m AUD and think it's ok not to disclose the amount. All they did was put out a very generic release which was titled 'Update to Legal Proceedings'.
It's more than an update, it's a WHOLE NEW CASE filed in a different country for more than HALF the company's cash if they lose.
What's going on????????
