Im no lawyer but I think Bolin counter suing would just be a strategy to stretch Birddog thin so they'll just settle and not drag this all the way through court. Pretty sure this happens all the time but it would be good to hear from any lawyers or people who have had experience on the matter if there's any lurking around here?
One would think its probably harder to fulfill contracts than take product. If BD was broke then I could see them maybe trying to get out of buying extra stock but they've got heaps of cash and have publicly stated they have supply issues of products which are affecting their rep and brand so things don't really stack up for Bolins case but that just my view.
I bought more today at 5.5c gotta average down, im thinking surely this dog has been kicked enough but well see haha
