I definitely don't agree with your statement there.
Just looked them up, they are an international law firm and have 3500 lawyers, pretty sure they will take on anything and they're not going to put the big guns on a $8mill case lol. Pretty much the only ones who win in this situation are the lawyers as they'll get paid either way and it's in their best interest to drag it out tbh.
