Underline.......I concur with your thoughts. I think everyone who has
looked at this project thinks the same, but nobody has actually said
it like you have. Every broker in Australia says it will never get of
the ground because of its location next to the ocean and the costs to
keep the ocean from leaking into it would be unbelievable. You are
also right ton the water front, you need roughly 1 tonne of water
(1,000 litres) per tonne of ore 42,000 tonnes of ore a day, your
right is abut 42,000,000 million litres a day.. I cant even fit on my
calculator how much water that you want a year. SA has no water now
so how are they going to treat the ore. I think these guys who run
RXM may not have had much experience in infrastructure/logistics etc
and have yet to explain the Environmental aspects and the hurdles they
are going to have to jump. I cant see any Government let alone the SA
Gov letting this proceed on environmental concerns let alone the water
they need. South Aussie love their peninsular and cant imagine a big
tailings dump full of waste and contamination being with 100 klms of
the ocean. This is one project that may be 'DEAD IN THE WATER" As
for market Cap of $130m, maybe $30m is closer. Glad its out in the
open for debate now instead of being kept under the rug.
