I noticed your post had plenty of interest and I would like to fill you in just a fraction.

I was the buyer on the 8th who bought just prior to the halt @2.5.Myslef and 1 other person. I picked up 420k of the 530k that day,the other person took the other 110k.

I am not an insider and i doubt the other person was either.I wanted my order filled as I suspected an ambitious move was pending due an earlier announcement.

The company said in plain english it would announce a new venture via leveraging its under valued assets in an attempt to get the company re evaluated by the market.

TEX was not a leaky ship at all,this furthers my belief that this is an Investment opportunity in the making rather than a trading opportunity....
