    Yeah the $10 million underwriting of the FAS takeover is what is stopping me adding to what is currently a small parcel.

    I wish they would disclose their obligations under this agreement more fully. FAS's financial position and ability to pay fees due to FDY is also concerning.

    Holding for now and waiting for news. The half yearly results should be due soon?
