Wilef I take your point, the recent SPP has diluted existing holders. I won't argue with that. This is What happens in the small cap space. It definitely doesn't mean that the company's upside is limited or the company doesn't have a bright future.

You haven't really answered my question, your assertion is that JMB is a terrible investment based on your history with the stock and your recent dilution. My assertion is that if this were the case why would the directors RECENTLY have put in $1.2m of their own personal money to gain control as you say of such a terrible investment it makes no sense
