I think the most accurate reflection on the types managing this company were the performance options of 18mths-2yrs ago. When the production levels didn't reach that level most thought ML and cronies would miss out on the options.
The fine print revealed that the target only had to be met for 2 CONSECUTIVE DAYS if I remember correctly. And I was stupid enough to continue to hold but not anymore.
