My view is that both BBI and BEPPA are "options" on good things happening in the BBI asset sale process. A good asset sale is, in fact, the only path to value restoration.

My views are only long term. I only invest long term.
I think there will be lots of drama and price surges and declines as the BBI "story" unfolds. Traders will love this stock once we get close to an asset sale. I am NOT a trader.
Long term ... you cannot defy gravity. It is just a bit difficult, at the moment, to figure out which direction gravity is pointing in. The DBCT price will clear this issue up once and for all.
