If I was offered 5 BBI's for every BEPPA I would be very comfortable seeing a further 4 Billion BBI's issued to a new investor at a 50% discount to current NAV.
Under that scenario, you would have approximately 11Bn securities on issue and have zero corporate debt, zero hybrid debt and all assets still in the portfolio.
