market cap descrepency

    Anyone know why the market cap would be different at the below 2 site...

    http://markets.smh.com.au/apps/qt/quote.ac?code=dio&submit=Go (says issued capital = 67,905,000 shares)

    http://www.dioro.com.au/files/news/039_Quarter_End_29_02_2008_Final.pdf (says issued capital = 92 million shares)

    Is the SMH site just wrong?...but fatprophets market cap on their report ($71.6m) this week correlates to the SMH site? rather than the companies own quarterly....hmmm?
