Environmental Clean's Coldry technology has $82-$106m enterprise value

Environmental Clean Technologies Ltd has reported the enterprise value of its Coldry technology to be between $82 million and $106 million.

Grant Thornton Corporate Finance Pty Ltd made an independent valuation assessment of the value of the company on the commercialisation of its Coldry technology for dewatering brown coal.

Environmental Clean Tech said the valuations included corporate expenses and contingencies higher than forecast, and excluded additional value for the completion of Matmor commissioning and other applications of its technologies.

The company said its technology was an economic, highly efficient and permanent process of dewatering brown coal that would enhance low value mines, reduce emissions of brown coal fired

power stations, provide a new export industry for Victoria, supplement world wide coal reserves

and provide a cost effective alternative to black coal.
