    Yesterdays closing market cap was the sale price of this one office block announced today . Got to be happy with that and obviously the ASX had too much gloom factored nto the shareprice . It seems a win win to me . Either you guys are going to get 25% back in one dividend or a very large slab of debt will be repaid .

    Has anyone read any Fat Prophet updates/emails yet ?
