market cap is 208mil dollars

Correct me if im wrong but im getting a $208mil market cap, looks as when they wrote this up share price was around .05-.06:

If you look at page 6 it says:

So after consolidation:
So if theres going to be 497mil shares after consolidation the market cap would be $208,901,206.92 as of the closing price of 10.5 & the consolidation price of .42, thats not including a further $25mil that needs to be raised at no less then .20
